1×4 HDMI splitter

The LUOM XQ-0001 takes one HDMI source and sends identical video and audio to four displays at the same time. It is a powered adapter aimed at users who need the same picture on multiple screens, such as retail signage, classroom projectors or a home theatre feeding several TVs.

Maximum resolutions and HDCP support

The splitter handles common resolutions including 640×480, 800×600, 1024×768, 1280×1024 and 3840×2160, with a listed maximum of 1920×1080. HDCP 1.0 through 1.4 is passed through, so protected content from Blu-ray players, consoles or streaming boxes plays without handshake issues.

Connection requirements and cabling

One standard HDMI female input and four standard HDMI female outputs are provided, with a short 5-inch pigtail on the unit. The box needs an external power supply to drive all four outputs reliably; without it, signal drop-outs can appear on longer cable runs or with higher-resolution sources.

Questions about this item

Will this 1x4 HDMI splitter pass a 1080p signal from my older Blu-ray player to four 1080p TVs without downscaling?

Yes, the splitter supports up to 1920 x 1080 resolution and HDCP 1.0 through 1.4, so a 1080p source will be duplicated to all four outputs at native resolution.

How can I confirm the splitter is actively sending a signal to each of the four connected displays?

Each output port will show a stable picture on the attached display; the unit has no status LEDs, so verifying the image on all four screens is the only way to confirm operation.

Does the package include four HDMI cables for the outputs, or do I need to buy them separately?

Only the splitter unit and a short 5 in. attached cable are included; four separate HDMI cables must be purchased to connect the outputs to your displays.
