384 GB DDR5 5600 ECC RDIMM kit with four 96 GB modules at CL46, 1.1 V and 2Rx4 rank, validated for Supermicro H14DSG-OM
Size 384GB 4X96GB
This 384 GB kit contains four 96 GB DDR5 registered DIMMs built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro H14DSG-OM memory controller expects. Registered ECC architecture lets every slot run fully populated at rated speed while correcting single-bit errors on the fly. It is not suited for systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or lower-density modules.
Operating at 1.10 V, the modules draw minimal power and generate little heat, so no heat spreader is fitted. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, keeping idle thermals low and fan noise quiet in typical server workloads. Power consumption scales with the 5600 MT/s data rate rather than exceeding the DDR5 baseline.
With all four 2Rx4 ranks populated, the registered design maintains signal integrity at the full 5600 MT/s rate during extended compute or database tasks. ECC continues to catch and correct single-bit errors without halting the system, preventing silent data corruption over long runs. Stability depends on following the motherboard manual for approved population order and capacity limits.

Other versions of this model
Power down, open the chassis, and insert each 288-pin module into the slots specified by the board manual — usually one per channel in the indicated sequence — pressing until the ejector tabs click; skipping the prescribed order is the step that prevents full 384 GB recognition.
The modules have no heat spreaders and no moving parts, so no periodic maintenance is needed; if a single-bit error persists after ECC correction, the affected 96 GB stick would be replaced under the lifetime warranty.
The memory controller’s maximum supported capacity and ranked-population rules cap usable memory at 384 GB across the four slots, so that ceiling is reached before thermal or bandwidth limits under continuous load.
