Ready-to-play desktop with i7-8700 and RTX 3070

This PRC X-FORCE Special Edition is a complete gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-8700 3.2GHz 6-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1TB 2.5-inch SSD running Windows 10 Home. An 800W 80+ Bronze power supply and a 120mm CPU air cooler keep the system stable under load.

Suits 1080p and 1440p gamers.

The RTX 3070 and 16GB DDR4 combination handles current titles at high settings on 1080p and 1440p monitors. Builders who want 4K ultra performance or who run memory-heavy workloads such as video editing or virtualisation will need more graphics memory and system RAM than this configuration provides.

16GB DDR4 is the limiting factor

The motherboard uses the LGA 1151 platform with 288-pin DIMM slots, so total capacity and speed are capped by the 8th-generation memory controller. If your workflow regularly exceeds 16GB, this system cannot be upgraded far enough and a newer platform would be required.
