Connects a USB-C laptop to two external displays via HDMI, VGA, DVI and DisplayPort with 4K 60 Hz single-output support
This compact adapter adds HDMI, VGA, DVI and DisplayPort outputs to a single USB-C port with DP Alt Mode. It suits professionals who need to connect legacy monitors and modern displays from one laptop port. The silver aluminium housing is lightweight and fits easily in a bag for mobile presentations.
Driving one DisplayPort or DVI monitor reaches 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz or 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz respectively. HDMI alone delivers 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz. When two outputs are active simultaneously, both are capped at 1920 x 1080. The hub does not support MST, so extended desktop across two screens is unavailable.
The hub requires a host with a full-featured USB-C port that implements DP Alt Mode; it will not work with USB-C ports limited to data or charging. No driver installation is needed on supported MacBook, ChromeBook or Windows laptops. The single-cable design leaves other ports free for peripherals or power delivery.

The hub mirrors to two external displays at once, but when two outputs are active the maximum resolution drops to 1080p.
Open your OS display settings and confirm the DP port shows 3840x2160 at 60 Hz; that resolution and refresh rate are only available when the DP output is used alone.
Only the hub itself is included; you need to provide the appropriate video cables for each port you plan to use.
