Deluxe Expandable Desk File

The Smead 89237 desk file organises loose paperwork on a desktop. It suits office workers, students or home administrators who need quick alphabetical or numerical access to active documents. The navy blue pressboard cover wipes clean with a damp cloth for a tidy appearance.

20 Reinforced Index Dividers

Twenty heavyweight dividers are bound book-style and labelled 1 through 20 alongside A through Z on both sides. DuPont Mylar reinforces every tab edge, and centre holes on each divider reveal whether a section already contains paper. The accordion fold is tape reinforced for durability.

Legal Size Expansion Capacity

Each of the twenty sections expands to 1 3/8 inches, providing substantial room for legal size documents. The expandable design handles growing project files or bulky case folders comfortably. It runs out when accumulated paperwork exceeds the total expanded width across all sections.
