Velztorm Pilum Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop configured with an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor and 64GB of DDR4 memory. It targets players and creators who want a ready-to-use system with large multi-tasking headroom. The 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD and 3TB hard drive provide fast boot speeds plus high-capacity storage for game libraries and media files.

750W Supply with Liquid CPU Cooling

A 750-watt power supply drives the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super graphics card and the 120mm AIO liquid cooler on the processor. The closed-loop cooler keeps the 8-core CPU at stable temperatures during extended sessions while running quieter than stock air coolers. The 750W unit delivers enough overhead for the GPU and storage array without operating near its limit.

GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6 Graphics

The GTX 1660 Super with 6GB of GDDR6 memory is the component that defines whether this system fits your needs. It supports DirectX 12 and G-SYNC for smooth 1080p gaming at high settings in modern titles. Buyers who want more storage or a higher-resolution GPU should look at other configurations.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler, and which mounting step is often missed?

Mount the radiator to the case first, then attach the pump block to the Ryzen 7 3700X using the AM4 bracket; the step people skip is connecting the pump header to the CPU_FAN connector so the BIOS sees a fan speed.

What maintenance or replacement will the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

The sealed loop requires no refill; plan to clean radiator fins every 12 months and expect to replace the whole unit after roughly five years when pump noise or temperatures rise.

What limit appears first on the GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6 during sustained gaming?

The 6GB GDDR6 frame buffer fills at 1440p ultra textures, forcing texture streaming stutter before the GPU core or the 750W power supply hits its ceiling.
