Desktop gaming system

This Velztorm Pilum desktop combines an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X eight-core processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 32GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a 750W power supply supports the components. The chassis includes a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting.

Upgrade from older platforms

The eight-core Ryzen 7 3700X running at up to 4.4 GHz replaces quad-core or earlier CPUs that limit modern game engines and multitasking workloads. The RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 moves past mid-range cards that struggle at 1440p resolution or VR titles. The jump is worth it when current hardware cannot sustain target frame rates or when faster storage and more memory are needed for content creation.

Sustained load behaviour

The 120mm AIO liquid cooler keeps the 3.6 GHz base processor stable during extended sessions without thermal throttling. The 750W supply delivers consistent power to the GPU and CPU under continuous demand. PCIe 4.0 connectivity on the RTX 3070 maintains bandwidth for prolonged asset streaming. DDR4 memory at 32GB capacity prevents paging during long renders or heavy multitasking.

Questions about this item

What case clearance is needed for the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler requires a case with a 120mm fan mounting point and enough internal space for the radiator and tubing to sit without bending sharply.

Which power cables must be connected to the RTX 3070 during installation?

Connect the required PCIe power cables from the 750W supply to the RTX 3070; the card will not boot if the connectors are left unattached.

How often should the AIO liquid cooler be inspected or replaced?

Inspect the AIO liquid cooler every 12 months for leaks or pump noise; plan to replace the unit after roughly 5 years of continuous use.
