What this system is

The Velztorm Pilum is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6. It ships with Windows 10 Pro, 16GB DDR4 memory, a 512GB NVMe SSD plus a 6TB hard drive, and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler. The 750W power supply supports the included components.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm that your display has an HDMI or DisplayPort input to match the graphics card outputs. The motherboard provides USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0 and one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1 port for peripherals. Network connectivity is limited to 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet; there is no Bluetooth. The operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Sustained-load behaviour

The 120mm AIO liquid cooler is designed to manage CPU thermals during extended gaming or rendering sessions. The Radeon RX 6900 XT delivers DirectX 12 Ultimate support with AMD FreeSync and Radeon Anti-lag active under continuous load. The 750W power supply feeds the full platform, while the NVMe SSD and high-capacity HDD maintain throughput for long workloads.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Pilum include a monitor, keyboard or mouse, or must they be purchased separately?

The system ships as a desktop tower only. No display, keyboard, mouse, webcam or optical drive are included, so those peripherals need to be sourced separately.

Which RAM and storage combination should I select for 1440p gaming and multitasking?

The base 16GB DDR4 and 512GB NVMe plus 6TB HDD handle current titles well; stepping to 32GB DDR4 and a 1TB or 2TB NVMe gives more headroom for heavy multitasking and larger game libraries.

What does the Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 deliver in a real 1440p gaming session?

The 16GB GDDR6 card with DirectX 12 Ultimate, FreeSync and Anti-Lag drives high frame rates at 1440p ultra settings in modern titles, while the 120mm AIO keeps the Ryzen 7 3700X cool under sustained load.
