Velztorm Pilum Ryzen 7 3700X desktop

This Velztorm Pilum desktop pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. It ships with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The system runs Windows 10 Pro and includes a 750W power supply.

120mm AIO liquid cooler and RGB fans

A 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler handles thermal load for the processor while RGB fans add lighting effects. Connectivity covers USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports, four USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1, HDMI, DisplayPort and audio jacks. Wireless uses 802.11n Wi-Fi alongside wired Ethernet.

PCIe 3.0 storage and 802.11n wireless limits

The 1TB NVMe SSD operates over a PCIe 3.0 interface, so sequential throughput stays within that generation's ceiling. The 802.11n Wi-Fi adapter caps wireless throughput well below modern ax or be standards. Buyers who need faster wireless or PCIe 4.0 storage speeds should note these constraints.

Questions about this item

Will the 120mm AIO liquid cooler need the coolant topped up or the pump replaced after a few years?

The 120mm AIO is a sealed unit; it does not require coolant top-ups, and the pump is rated for continuous operation without scheduled replacement.

Under sustained loads, does the 750W power supply or the 120mm AIO thermal limit appear first?

The 750W supply provides headroom for the Ryzen 7 3700X and Radeon RX 6900 XT, so the 120mm AIO thermal capacity typically becomes the limiting factor during prolonged heavy workloads.

How loud is the 120mm AIO and RGB fans when the system runs all day at full tilt?

The 120mm AIO pump runs quietly at idle, and the RGB fans ramp up under load; overall noise stays in a moderate range suitable for a typical desk environment.
