Solder-Free DB25 Male Adapter

The Vszerda DB25 breakout board converts a 25-pin serial port to screw terminals without soldering. All signal lines are clearly labelled on the PCB. An ABS and PC insulation case with anti-slip texture encloses the board. Nickel-plated copper pins and a copper base resist oxidation.

Build Integration and Clearance

The adapter measures 59 x 55.5 x 23 mm and weighs 60 g. A 10 mm cable entry hole accepts wires from 26 to 16 AWG. Terminal holes are 3 mm in diameter on a 5 mm pitch. Each terminal accepts 0.2 N·m (1.7 lb-in) of torque for secure connections.
