384GB DDR4-2133 ECC LRDIMM Kit

This 384GB kit contains twelve 32GB DDR4-2133 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge 13th Generation rack servers. Each module runs at 1.20V with CL15 latency and a 4Rx4 quad-rank organisation. The 288-pin DDR4 form factor fits the memory slots of the listed PowerEdge models.

Suited for Dell PowerEdge R430 through R930 XL

Administrators expanding memory in R430, R530, R630, R630 XL, R730, R730 XL, R730xd, R730xd XL, R830 or R930 servers can use this kit. Builders working with desktop, laptop or non-ECC platforms cannot use these modules because they require ECC Load Reduced memory and must not be mixed with Registered DIMMs.

Steady throughput under sustained load

Load Reduced architecture reduces electrical loading on the memory bus, allowing all twelve modules to operate at the rated 2133MHz during extended workloads. ECC corrects single-bit errors in real time, maintaining data integrity without throttling. The system clocks all channels to the slowest installed module, so consistent performance depends on matching speeds across every slot.

Questions about this item

Which Dell PowerEdge 13th Gen rack server must I already own for this 384GB DDR4-2133 ECC LRDIMM kit to work?

This kit is designed for Dell PowerEdge R430, R530, R630, R630 XL, R730, R730 XL, R730xd, R730xd XL, R830 and R930 servers.

Can I keep my existing ECC Registered DDR4 modules and add these 4Rx4 LRDIMMs alongside them?

No, ECC Load Reduced and ECC Registered modules cannot be mixed. All installed modules must share the same ECC type.

How do I confirm the twelve 32GB modules are running at the correct 2133MHz CL15 speed after installation?

Check the BIOS or system management interface; it will report DDR4-2133 (PC4-17000) at CL15 for each of the twelve modules.
