64GB DDR4-2133 ECC LRDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR4-2133 LRDIMM modules built for Dell PowerEdge 13th Gen rack servers. It targets administrators expanding memory capacity in R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 or R930 platforms. The modules are not compatible with desktop or laptop systems that require non-ECC unbuffered memory.

288-pin load-reduced form factor

Each module uses a 288-pin DDR4 interface with 4Rx4 quad-rank organisation and on-board ECC. The load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the server memory bus, allowing higher densities per channel. Mixing these LRDIMMs with registered ECC DIMMs is not supported; all installed modules must share the same ECC type.

1.20V operation at CL15 latency

The kit runs at 1.20V with a CAS latency of 15, delivering standard DDR4-2133 bandwidth within server thermal envelopes. If faster modules are already present, the system will clock all memory to the slowest installed speed. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow through the server chassis manages module temperatures.
