This 32GB module is built for Dell PowerEdge 13th Generation rack servers including the R430, R530, R630, R730, R730xd, R830 and R930 families. It delivers ECC Load Reduced operation at 2133MHz with a CL15 latency. The quad-rank 4Rx4 organisation suits high-density configurations in supported chassis. It is not compatible with desktop or laptop platforms that require non-ECC unbuffered memory.

DDR4-2133 Load Reduced electrical limits

The LRDIMM buffer reduces electrical load on the memory bus, allowing the server to populate more slots than standard registered DIMMs would permit. All installed modules must share the same ECC type; mixing Load Reduced with Registered ECC is not supported. If modules of different speeds are combined, the system will operate at the speed of the slowest module. Voltage is fixed at 1.20V.

288-pin form factor and thermal profile

The module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM edge connector and ships without a heat spreader, relying on the server's directed airflow for cooling. A single module is supplied per package.
