The Full HD IPS touchscreen and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handle daily productivity and light creative work. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Suits mobile professionals who want touch input

Buyers who need a discrete graphics processor for rendering or gaming should look elsewhere. The integrated graphics and 15-watt processor limit sustained heavy workloads. Users requiring Thunderbolt 3 certification or more than 8 GB of memory will need a different configuration.

Dual M.2 solid-state drives totalling over 1 TB

The primary 128 GB M.2 drive pairs with a secondary 1 TB solid-state drive, giving a combined flash capacity above 1 TB without any mechanical hard drive. This all-flash arrangement improves boot times, application launches and durability compared with hybrid SSD-and-HDD setups.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 128GB M.2 drive and what step do people often miss?

Insert the M.2 drive at an angle into the slot, press it down, and secure it with the retention screw; the step often missed is fully tightening that screw so the drive stays seated.

What maintenance will the 8GB DDR4 memory need later?

The 8GB DDR4 memory is soldered and not user-replaceable, so no routine maintenance is required; if more capacity is needed later, the system cannot be upgraded internally.

What limit appears first during sustained heavy workloads on the i7-8650U?

The Intel UHD Graphics 620 shares system memory and thermal headroom with the CPU, so graphics-intensive tasks hit thermal throttling before the processor reaches its 4.20 GHz turbo.
