Business Ultrabook for Mobile Professionals

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 14.0 inch touchscreen laptop built for mobile professionals who need a durable Windows 10 Pro machine. Its Quad-core Intel Core i7-8650U processor and 8 GB DDR4 RAM handle office workloads and multi-tab browsing. The 512 GB SSD provides fast boot times and ample space for documents. A 1920 x 1080 IPS panel ensures clear visuals in bright conditions.

Quad-core i7-8650U with 8 MB Cache

The single specification that decides fit is the 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U running at 1.9 GHz with a 4.20 GHz turbo across four cores and eight threads. This CPU delivers enough single-thread speed for snappy Windows responsiveness and enough multi-thread throughput for typical business multitasking. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the display and external monitors via HDMI or DisplayPort over USB Type-C.

512 GB SSD and 8 GB RAM Headroom

The 512 GB solid-state drive comfortably stores the operating system, applications and several years of project files without slowing down. Eight gigabytes of DDR4 memory keeps a dozen browser tabs, Outlook and Teams running together, but heavy virtual machines or large media edits will hit the ceiling. The chassis includes an SD slot and multiple USB 3.1 Gen1 ports for quick peripheral expansion.
