Ready-to-work Ultrabook

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 15.6-inch Windows 11 Pro laptop built around an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout combining a 256 GB M.2 SSD with a 2 TB secondary SSD give office professionals and mobile workers plenty of speed and capacity for daily productivity.

Simple drive access

The chassis uses standard screws so the M.2 slot and 2.5-inch bay can be reached after removing the bottom cover. The most common issue is forgetting to disconnect the battery cable before swapping drives, which can prevent the system from posting until the connection is reseated.

Touch-enabled IPS panel

The 1920 x 1080 IPS display supports ten-point touch input and 15.6-inch diagonal viewing, making it the deciding factor for users who need pen or finger interaction on a matte finish. Buyers who only need a non-touch screen should look elsewhere.
