Portable business laptop

The HP EliteBook 840 G7 is a 14.0 inch touchscreen laptop built for professionals who need a compact Windows 11 Pro machine. It runs on an Intel Core i5 10210U processor with four cores and 16 GB DDR4 memory. The 256 GB NVMe SSD provides the operating system drive. Grade B condition means visible cosmetic wear such as scratches or shiny keys.

Thunderbolt 3 and display limits

Two USB Type C Thunderbolt 3 ports handle data, video and charging through a single cable, but each port shares the total 40 Gbit/s bandwidth with other traffic. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives the internal 1920 x 1080 panel and one external monitor via HDMI; driving multiple high-resolution displays will exceed the available graphics memory. Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5 provide wireless connectivity within the limits of the local environment.

Straightforward setup with cosmetic caveats

The laptop ships with charger and battery installed, so initial setup is limited to Windows 11 Pro configuration and driver updates. Because the unit is Grade B, buyers should inspect the screen for minor blemishes and check the keyboard for shiny spots before deploying. No optical drive is present, so any legacy media requires an external USB reader.
