LUOM XQ-001 1x4 HDMI Splitter

This LUOM XQ-001 unit takes one HDMI source and sends an identical signal to four displays at the same time. It is built for installers or home users who need the same 4K image on multiple screens without switching between sources. The splitter supports HDCP 1.4 and 3D content, making it suitable for set-top boxes, consoles, Blu-ray players and streaming sticks. It does not function as a switch, so four different sources cannot be selected on one display.

4K at 30 Hz capacity and limits

The splitter handles resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, plus 1080p and lower formats including 720p, 1080i and 480p. Bandwidth reaches 225 MHz, which is sufficient for 4K 30 Hz but cannot carry 4K 60 Hz or higher refresh rates. EDID negotiation takes about 4 seconds, so displays may briefly go black when powered on. All four outputs must run at the same resolution; mixed-resolution sets will not operate correctly.

Metal chassis, five-volt power and fixed ports

The enclosure uses a metal housing measuring 3.15 x 1.18 x 2.36 inches and weighing 7.8 ounces, with anti-oxidation HDMI ports for stable contact. A 5 V DC adapter is included, drawing 1 A to drive the four outputs over typical cable runs. Five HDMI female connectors — one input, four output — are fixed on the box, so cables plug directly in without extra adapters. The compact size allows discreet placement behind displays or in equipment racks.

Questions about this item

Will the LUOM XQ-001 work with my older 1080p TV and 720p projector at the same time?

The splitter outputs one identical signal to all four ports, so both displays must share the same resolution; the spec sheet lists 1080p and 720p as supported formats but notes that both output devices need the same resolution for normal operation.

How can I confirm the LUOM XQ-001 is passing a 4K 30 Hz signal correctly after I connect it?

Check that each connected display reports 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz in its on-screen information menu and that HDCP 1.4 content plays without drop-outs; the unit supports up to 225 MHz bandwidth for that mode.

Does the LUOM XQ-001 package include the power supply and cables I need to start using it?

The box contains the splitter unit, a 5 V 2 A AC adapter and a user manual; HDMI cables for the source and the four displays are not included and must be purchased separately.
