ASUS Vivobook 15 F512DA laptop

The ASUS Vivobook 15 F512DA is a 15.6 inch laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U quad-core processor with 40GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB SATA SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit installed. The integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 non-touch display. This configuration suits home and business users who need a large memory capacity and solid-state storage in a standard clamshell design.

40GB DDR4 and 2TB SATA SSD upgrades

The supplier opens the original manufacturer box to install the 40GB DDR4 SODIMM modules and the 2TB SATA SSD before shipping. Both components are brand new and tested by their technicians. The upgrade replaces the standard memory and storage configuration, delivering the advertised capacity and speed without altering the laptop's external ports or chassis. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed on the upgraded drive.

Check your peripheral and power needs

Verify that your existing USB 2.0, USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A, USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1 and HDMI cables match the laptop's port selection. The micro SD reader accepts standard cards for media transfer. The 45W power supply and 2-cell 37 WHr battery are included; confirm the mains plug suits your region. This model lacks an optical drive and a touchscreen, so buyers needing disc playback or pen input should consider alternatives.
