Cable Leader Cat6a Ethernet Cable 20ft Purple 24AWG 500MHz

Cable Leader Cat6a 20ft Purple

This 20ft Cat6a Ethernet cable provides a wired 10 Gigabit network link for gaming PCs, consoles, routers and NAS devices. It uses 24AWG stranded bare copper conductors with a cross-spline core and 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts. The purple PVC jacket carries UL and ETL verification and meets RoHS requirements. Backward compatibility with Cat6 and Cat5e allows a direct drop-in upgrade.

Sustained 10GBASE-T throughput at 500MHz

The Cat6a specification supports 10GBASE-T speeds up to 100 metres at 500MHz, so this 20ft run operates well within its certified distance margin. The 4-pair cross-spline geometry (OD 6.9mm) maintains consistent crosstalk suppression during long transfers, heavy streaming or competitive gaming sessions. Gold-plated contacts resist oxidation that can degrade signal integrity over time.

Snagless boots simplify routing through tight spaces

Molded strain-relief boots protect the locking clips from catching on other cables or furniture edges during installation. The stranded 24AWG construction stays flexible for bends behind desks or along baseboards without kinking. Installers should avoid crushing the 6.9mm jacket under heavy furniture or sharp staples, which can distort the internal spline and raise insertion loss.
