Built for harsh environments

The Dell Latitude 5424 is a 14.0-inch rugged laptop designed to withstand tough conditions. It meets military-grade standards for durability and features a toughened display readable in direct sunlight. A 10-point touchscreen works even with protective gloves on. This machine targets field workers who need reliable operation outdoors.

Suits mobile field teams.

This notebook fits professionals who carry their office into challenging locations. The extended battery options and optional hot-swap bridge battery support full-shift productivity away from power outlets. Buyers who need maximum processing performance for desk-bound rendering or compilation should look at a workstation-class system instead. The integrated graphics limit heavy visual workloads.

Dual M.2 storage frees drive bays.

Inside, a 256 GB and 1 TB M.2 SSD combination provides fast boot and ample capacity without occupying a 2.5-inch bay. Connectivity includes USB 3.0, USB Type-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, a serial port and RJ-45 for varied peripherals. Wireless options cover Wi-Fi, LTE 4G and dedicated GPS for field connectivity. The 64-bit Windows 10 Pro installation is ready to deploy.
