Dell Latitude 5590 15.6" Touchscreen Ultrabook

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 15.6 inch Full HD IPS touchscreen laptop powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor. It comes with 32 GB DDR4 RAM and a dual storage configuration of 256 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB secondary SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate business use. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles visual output.

Suits mobile professionals needing touch input

This configuration fits users who want a responsive touchscreen display and ample dual-drive capacity for offline files. Buyers who need a smaller 14.0 inch chassis for lighter travel or who require a dedicated graphics processor for intensive 3D work should consider other options. The integrated graphics and fixed 32 GB memory limit future GPU upgrades or RAM expansion.

32 GB DDR4 RAM soldered capacity

The system provides 32 GB of DDR4 memory in a fixed configuration that cannot be increased after purchase. This capacity supports heavy multitasking and virtual machines without paging to the dual SSD array. Verify that your workload fits within this physical limit before ordering.

Questions about this item

What drive form factors and capacities are supported in the dual-storage layout?

The system ships with a 256 GB M.2 drive as primary and a 1 TB drive as secondary, giving two internal slots for solid-state storage.

Which screw or latch secures the bottom cover during a RAM or drive upgrade?

Removing the base requires unscrewing the captive screws on the underside; the most common mistake is forgetting the screw hidden under the SD-card slot cover.

When will the original 32 GB DDR4 memory need replacement?

The memory is not user-serviceable on this model; if a fault occurs the whole board must be swapped, so plan for a board-level repair rather than a stick swap.
