Questions about this item

How fast does the i7-8650U actually run when the laptop is under load?

The quad-core i7-8650U has an 8 MB cache and can reach 4.20 GHz on turbo boost, so sustained performance depends on the rugged chassis cooling.

What external displays can the USB Type-C and HDMI ports drive?

The HDMI and DisplayPort outputs support a 1920 x 1080 FHD signal; the USB Type-C port carries data at USB 3.0 speeds and can drive a second monitor with the right adapter.

Will a standard 2.5-inch drive fit in the storage bay?

The laptop uses two M.2 slots populated with a 128 GB and a 1 TB SSD; there is no 2.5-inch bay, so only M.2 modules can be added.
