Business ultraportable for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 14.0 inch laptop built for daily office tasks and travel. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 16 GB DDR4 RAM and a 128 GB SSD. The 1920 x 1080 IPS panel delivers clear visuals without touch input.

Upgrade from dual-core or mechanical-drive systems

Moving from an older dual-core ultrabook or a hard-drive machine brings noticeable gains in multitasking responsiveness and boot speed. The jump is worth it when workloads include multiple browser tabs, Office suites and video calls running together. Buyers who need more storage or discrete graphics should consider other configurations.

Steady output during long sessions

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles desktop composition and light media without a dedicated GPU. The quad-core CPU maintains its 1.90 GHz base clock under sustained load, supported by the thin-border chassis thermal design. Fan noise stays moderate during typical business workloads spread across hours.
