Built for harsh environments

The Dell Latitude Rugged 5424 is a 14.0-inch laptop engineered for field work where standard devices fail. Its chassis meets military-grade durability standards and the display reaches brightness levels readable in direct sunlight. Windows 11 Pro runs on an Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor with 32 GB DDR4 memory.

Dual M.2 storage configuration

This unit ships with a 128 GB M.2 drive paired with a 1 TB M.2 drive, giving two separate solid-state volumes in one machine. The layout suits users who want the operating system and active projects on the faster drive while keeping large archives on the larger volume. Buyers who need a single large namespace or a traditional hard drive should look elsewhere.

Passive graphics and efficient CPU

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles the 1920 x 1080 non-touch panel without a discrete GPU, keeping heat output low. The i5-8350U operates at up to 3.60 GHz with a 6 MB L2 cache, designed for sustained performance inside a sealed rugged chassis. Fan noise stays modest during typical office and field workloads.
