Mobile Workstation for Demanding Professionals

The Dell Precision 5530 is a 15.6-inch mobile workstation built for engineers and creators who need certified professional graphics. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an 8th Gen Intel Core i9-8950HK six-core processor with 16 GB of DDR4 memory. A dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P2000 with 4 GB of GDDR5 video memory drives the 1920 x 1080 IPS display.

Quadro P2000 Certified Professional Graphics

The single specification that defines this machine is the NVIDIA Quadro P2000 GPU with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory. This professional card is certified for CAD, 3D rendering and simulation applications where consumer GeForce drivers are not supported. The 15.6-inch FHD panel covers 72% colour gamut, and the hexa-core i9-8950HK reaches 4.80 GHz with Turbo Boost for compute-heavy workloads.

Ready to Deploy with Standard Connectivity

The laptop arrives with Windows 11 Pro installed and a Dell AC adapter included, so it boots straight to a working desktop. Connectivity covers 2x USB 3.1 Gen 1, one Thunderbolt 3 port with x4 PCIe lanes, HDMI 2.0 and a headset jack. Dual storage (128 GB M.2 plus 1 TB SSD) is already configured; buyers who want more storage or a 4K touchscreen should look elsewhere.
