15.6" UHD touch mobile workstation

The Dell Precision 5530 is a 15.6-inch mobile workstation with a 3840 x 2160 IPS touch display. It runs on an 8th Gen Intel Core i9-8950HK six-core processor paired with 16 GB DDR4 memory. A dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P2000 with 4 GB GDDR5 handles professional graphics workloads. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Suits CAD and video pros needing colour accuracy

Creative professionals who need a factory-calibrated 72% colour gamut panel and ISV-certified drivers will benefit from the Quadro P2000. The dual-storage layout of 128 GB M.2 plus 4 TB SSD keeps active projects on fast flash and archives on high-capacity flash. Buyers who require more than 16 GB RAM or a newer processor architecture should look at other configurations.

Quadro P2000 with 4 GB GDDR5 decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the NVIDIA Quadro P2000 4 GB GDDR5 GPU. It provides certified drivers for professional 3D, rendering and simulation applications where consumer GeForce cards lack validation. If your workflow relies on that certification, this workstation matches the requirement; if you only need consumer gaming performance, a different GPU class would be more appropriate.
