Product Identity

The Lenovo Legion 5i 15 is a gaming laptop built around an Intel Core i7-14700HX processor with 20 cores and 28 threads. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 8 GB graphics card and a 15.1 inch WQXGA OLED panel running at 165 Hz. The system ships with Windows 11 Home and includes Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Who This Suits And Who It Does Not

This machine suits players who want a high-refresh OLED screen and a modern mobile GPU in a 4.4 pound chassis. It also fits creators who value the 2560 by 1600 resolution for colour work. Buyers who need more than 512 GB of factory storage or more than 16 GB of memory should look elsewhere. Those who require an SD card reader or a fingerprint reader will not find them here.

Deciding Specification

The 15.1 inch WQXGA OLED display at 165 Hz is the specification that decides fit. Its 2560 by 1600 resolution and OLED contrast serve fast gaming and colour-critical tasks alike. If that panel matches the workflow, the surrounding hardware supports it. If a different screen technology or refresh rate is required, another model is appropriate.
