Business laptop with quad-core i5 and 24GB DDR4

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14.0 inch Windows 10 Pro notebook powered by an Intel Core i5-8265U processor with four cores and a 4.1 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 24GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB SATA solid state drive. Integrated Intel UHD graphics drive the 1366 x 768 display.

Suits mobile professionals needing abundant RAM

This configuration fits users who run multiple business applications, large spreadsheets or virtual machines and want the headroom of 24GB memory plus a spacious 2TB SATA SSD. Buyers who require a higher-resolution panel, discrete graphics or a lighter chassis should consider other models.

24GB DDR4 memory in mixed onboard and SO-DIMM layout

The system combines 8GB soldered onboard with a 16GB SO-DIMM module to reach 24GB total capacity. This arrangement means only one memory slot is available for future changes, so the maximum supported capacity is fixed by the factory configuration.
