Ready-to-use business laptop

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 arrives with Windows 10 Pro installed and a 40GB DDR4 memory configuration split between 8GB onboard and a 32GB SO-DIMM. A 2TB SATA SSD provides the primary storage. It is aimed at office professionals and students who need a complete system without further upgrades.

No assembly required

The unit ships fully assembled so there is no installation process for the buyer. Because the manufacturer box was opened by technicians to install the memory and storage upgrades, the original seals are not intact. Buyers who require factory-sealed packaging should look elsewhere.

Verify display and port needs

The 14.0 inch panel runs at 1366 x 768 resolution, which limits on-screen workspace compared with higher-density screens. Confirm that the available ports — two USB 3.1 Gen1, one HDMI, one Thunderbolt 3 Type-C, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen1, a micro SD reader and a combo audio jack — match your peripheral requirements before ordering.
