ThinkPad T490 with 40GB DDR4

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14.0-inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-8265U quad-core processor that reaches 4.1 GHz. It ships with 40GB of DDR4 memory configured as 8GB soldered plus a 32GB SO-DIMM and a 1TB SATA SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Suited for multi-tasking office work.

This configuration suits professionals who run many browser tabs, virtual machines or large spreadsheets simultaneously. Buyers who need a higher-resolution panel for detailed photo or video editing should consider a model with a sharper display.

40GB DDR4 memory decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 40GB DDR4 capacity, which cannot be increased further because one slot is soldered. Verify that your workload fits within this limit before purchase.
