Ready-to-work ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14.0 inch FHD non-touch laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-8550U quad-core processor, 8 GB DDR4 memory and a 1 TB SSD. Windows 11 Pro and an OEM 45 or 65 W AC adapter are included.

Suits mobile professionals; not for heavy GPU work

This configuration fits professionals who need a lightweight 3.2 lb chassis with 1920 x 1080 IPS clarity, 3 x USB 3.1 ports, USB-C, HDMI, RJ-45, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 for docked or on-the-go productivity. Buyers who want more storage, discrete graphics, a touchscreen or 16 GB and 32 GB RAM options should look at something else.

Bundled adapter and OS remove setup friction

The supplied OEM power brick delivers either 45 W or 65 W so the notebook charges immediately, while the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro image means the system is ready for domain join or encryption policies without a clean install.
