What this HDMI splitter does

The LUOM HDMI698352 duplicates a single HDMI source to two identical displays at up to 3840 x 2160 resolution and 30 Hz. It transmits video and audio together without quality loss and supports LPCM, Dolby-AC3, DTS7.1 and DSD/Dolby TrueHD/DTS-HD master audio formats. The unit is powered by an included 5 V/2 A adapter for stable signal delivery.

Installing and common issues

Connect the source to the single input and two displays to the outputs using standard HDMI cables, then plug in the DC 5 V supply. The splitter mirrors only; it cannot show two different images or extend a desktop across both screens. It does not support HDCP 2.2, so some 4K protected content may not play, and 4K output is limited to 30 Hz.

Behaviour during extended use

The powered design maintains signal integrity over longer runs, with the manufacturer stating up to 100 ft total distance using AWG26 cable (40 ft input, 60 ft output). Deep colour 36-bit and multiple TV formats including PAL, NTSC and SECAM are handled continuously. The compact black enclosure measures 3.15 x 1.18 x 2.36 inches and weighs 7.8 ounces, drawing 500 mA while operating.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the LUOM HDMI698352 splitter is working correctly after connecting my source and two displays?

Both connected displays should show an identical mirrored image at the same resolution — up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz — with audio playing through both outputs, and the unit's power LED should remain lit from the included 5 V/2 A adapter.

What comes in the box with the LUOM HDMI698352 and what must I provide myself?

The package includes the 1×2 splitter unit, a 5 V/2 A AC power adapter, and a user manual; you must supply the HDMI cables — one from your source to the splitter input and two from the splitter outputs to your displays.

Which version of the LUOM HDMI698352 should I choose for a 4K 30 Hz dual-mirror setup?

The single model HDMI698352 supports 4K at 30 Hz mirroring to two displays; there are no alternate capacity or version options listed for this part number.
