1x2 HDMI Splitter for Dual Displays

This LUOM HDMI698352 splitter takes a single HDMI source and mirrors it to two identical outputs. It suits users who need the same 4K@30Hz or 1080p@60Hz image on two monitors, projectors or TVs from one player, console or PC. The box includes a 5V/2A AC adaptor for stable operation.

HDMI 1.4b Bandwidth Limits 4K to 30Hz

The HDMI 1.4b interface caps 3840x2160 signals at 30Hz and cannot pass HDCP 2.2 content. Full 1080p reaches 60Hz, while 3D formats and deep-colour 36-bit video are supported within the same bandwidth ceiling. Transmission distance reaches 100ft total using AWG26 cable (40ft input, 60ft output).

Powered Metal Box with Fixed Mounting Ears

The black enclosure measures 3.15x1.18x2.36 inches and weighs 7.8 ounces, with integrated mounting ears for wall or rack fixing. One HDMI input and two HDMI outputs are all female ports; the DC 5V jack sits beside them. No switch or EDID buttons are present — the splitter simply duplicates whatever signal arrives.

Questions about this item

Which LUOM HDMI698352 version should I choose for a simple 1-to-2 mirror setup?

This single model is a 1x2 splitter that duplicates one HDMI source to two identical outputs with included 5V/2A AC adaptor.

What does the 4K@30Hz headline figure mean when I connect it to my displays?

It supports 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, 1080p at 60 Hz, 3D and deep colour 36-bit; 4K at 60 Hz is not supported.

Which HDMI standard does it use and what does that cap in practice?

HDMI 1.4b limits bandwidth to 4K@30Hz and excludes HDCP 2.2, so 4K@60Hz and protected 4K streams will not pass.
