50 ft Toslink cable for home theatre

The LUOM T001A is a 50 ft digital optical audio cable with male-to-male connectors. It links sound bars, TVs, game consoles and home-theatre receivers that have standard Toslink (S/PDIF) ports. The 24K gold-plated tips resist corrosion and maintain conductivity over time.

Handles 5.1 to 7.1 surround formats

The fibre core carries uncompressed PCM and compressed 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1 signals including Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD, ADAT and LPCM. At 50 ft the run suits typical living-room distances; longer runs would need active repeaters not supplied here.

Metal connectors and braided jacket

Gold-plated metal plugs fit square ports with a positive click, and the double braided nylon sleeve over a flexible PVC jacket protects the fibre from kinks. The 2.2/5.0 mm outer diameter routes easily behind furniture without sharp bends.

Questions about this item

Will the 50 ft length reach my sound bar from the TV without signal loss?

The cable uses high-precision concentrated fiber lens technology to keep the beam highly focused and reduce inner-wall reflection, supporting lossless optical transmission at 50 ft.

How can I verify the gold-plated connectors are making a solid link after I plug them in?

The precision-designed square connectors fit tightly and are keyed so they only insert one way; a firm click and stable audio playback confirm the connection.

Does the box include protective caps for the Toslink tips or do I need to buy them separately?

The cable ships with a fully flexible PVC jacket that protects the connectors when not plugged in; no separate caps are required.
