PRC X-FORCE Special Edition Gaming PC

This PRC X-FORCE Special Edition Gaming PC is a pre-built desktop system built around an Intel Core i7-8700 6-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card with 12GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB solid state drive running Windows 10 Home. The configuration targets players who want a ready-to-game tower without assembling parts themselves.

Sustained load behaviour

The CPU is cooled by a 120m air cooler mounted on an LGA 1151 system board while a 650W 80+ Gold power supply delivers steady power to the RTX 3060 12GB and supporting components. Gigabit Ethernet and 802.11AC Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 5.0 maintain network connectivity during extended sessions. The 2.5-inch SSD and integrated sound card operate within the same thermal envelope without additional cooling listed.

Upgrade context

This system replaces an older desktop that lacks a 6-core 12-thread processor, a modern RTX graphics card with 12GB video memory, or a fast solid state boot drive. The jump is worth it when the current machine struggles with current titles at 1080p or when the platform cannot support DDR4 memory and Windows 10 Home. Buyers who need more than 16GB RAM or multiple graphics cards should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the 120mm CPU air cooler and 650W 80+ Gold power supply run during extended gaming sessions?

The 120mm CPU air cooler handles the i7-8700 6-core processor while the 650W 80+ Gold power supply delivers efficient power to the RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card under load.

Which display cables and monitor inputs do I need to connect the RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 graphics card?

The RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 requires a monitor with DisplayPort or HDMI inputs and the matching cables, which are not included with the system.

Will my existing DDR4 memory modules work alongside the installed 16GB DDR4 if I want to upgrade later?

The system uses standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM slots, so compatible DDR4 modules can be added provided they match the existing speed and voltage.
