One SATA connector powers two fans
This 10-inch adapter plugs into a PSU SATA power interface and branches to two female fan headers. The black sleeved jacket protects the standard UL 1007 22AWG copper conductors. Each header accepts a 3-pin or 4-pin PWM fan connector.
Fans run at full speed only
Only two pins on each header are energised so the cable cannot throttle fan speed or provide PWM control. Both connected fans receive constant 12 V power and will spin at their maximum rated RPM. The splitter supports up to two fans simultaneously from a single SATA lead.
No PWM control on either header
The energised pins deliver fixed voltage, making this cable unsuitable for builds that require motherboard-managed fan curves or quiet low-speed operation. Buyers who need PWM speed regulation should choose a different adapter.

Questions about this item
Does the 10-inch cable run warm when two fans draw 12 V all day?
The 22 AWG copper wires carry 12 V from the PSU SATA connector; with only two fans the current stays low so the sleeved jacket stays cool.
What must my power supply provide for this splitter to work?
A free 15-pin SATA power plug from the PSU is the only required source; the cable draws 12 V directly from that connector.
Will my older 3-pin case fans spin at full speed on the 4-pin headers?
Yes — each female header energises only two pins, so 3-pin or 4-pin fans run at constant 12 V without PWM control.
