Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 7-inch touch screen is registering faces correctly after mounting the unit?

The 7-inch touch screen displays each recognition event in real time; watch for the green success indicator and listen for the confirmation tone that sounds when a face from the 10000-face database is matched.

Does the package include the IC cards for the 10000-card capacity or must they be ordered separately?

The terminal supports up to 10000 IC cards but the cards themselves are not supplied; purchase compatible IC cards separately to use the card-swipe function.

Should I choose the TCP/IP-only model or the one with optional WiFi for a 10000-user office?

Both versions handle 10000 users and 300000 records; select the WiFi model if running an Ethernet cable to the mounting location is impractical, otherwise the wired TCP/IP version is sufficient.
