Suits outdoor and mobile workflows

This model serves users who require a rugged chassis, integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620, and 32GB DDR4 memory for business applications on the move. It is not for buyers who need a touchscreen interface or a dedicated graphics card for heavy rendering or gaming workloads.

Quad-core i7-8650U with 8MB cache

The processor reaches 4.20 GHz and pairs with a 256GB SSD to deliver responsive performance for rugged field tasks. This combination of CPU speed, cache size, and solid-state storage determines whether the laptop matches your compute requirements.

Questions about this item

Can the 32 GB DDR4 memory be upgraded later?

The laptop ships with 32 GB DDR4 installed; the supplier data does not confirm whether additional slots are available for expansion.

What limits performance first during long workloads on the Intel Core i7-8650U?

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 shares system memory and thermal budget with the CPU, so sustained graphics or compute tasks will hit thermal and bandwidth limits before the 4.20 GHz boost can be maintained.

How loud and hot does the chassis get when the 14.0-inch FHD display and i7-8650U run all day?

The rugged chassis is built for harsh environments and extended shifts, but the supplier data gives no decibel or surface-temperature figures for continuous operation.
