14.0" Touchscreen Ultrabook for mobile professionals

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 14.0-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen laptop built for professionals who need a portable Windows 11 Pro machine. It runs on an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 8 MB L2 cache and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. The system includes 32 GB DDR4 RAM and a 256 GB SSD for responsive multitasking and fast boot times.

User-upgradable memory

The chassis provides access to memory and storage slots so RAM can be expanded to 32 GB DDR4 and the SSD swapped for up to 1 TB or a dual-drive setup. Ports include HDMI, VGA, RJ45, three USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A (one PowerShare), one USB Type-C with DisplayPort and optional Thunderbolt, an SD card reader, audio combo jack and optional SIM tray. No special tools are required beyond a standard screwdriver.

32 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD handle heavy office

The 32 GB DDR4 configuration comfortably runs multiple business applications, browser tabs and virtual machines without paging. The 256 GB SSD holds the OS, programs and a large working set of documents. Integrated UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 touchscreen and external displays via HDMI or USB-C, but is not suited for 3D rendering, CAD or modern gaming. Buyers who need discrete graphics or more internal storage should look elsewhere.
