Questions about this item

What mounting holes or brackets does the 14.0-inch Latitude 5424 chassis use?

The rugged chassis includes standard VESA mounting points and integrated handle brackets for vehicle docks or pole mounts; no proprietary rails are required.

Which screw size secures the M.2 128GB and 2TB SSDs during installation?

Both M.2 slots use a single M2×3.0 mm screw; the common mistake is using a longer screw that contacts the PCB.

When should the internal 6-cell or 9-cell battery pack be replaced?

Replace the pack when runtime drops below half of the original full-shift figure or when the hot-swap bridge battery no longer holds charge.
