Business Ultrabook for Mobile Professionals

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 15.6" FHD touchscreen laptop built for professionals who need reliable performance on the move. An 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor runs at 1.90 GHz with a turbo up to 4.20 GHz. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles everyday visual tasks. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Durable Chassis with Versatile Connectivity

A black 14.8" x 9.87" chassis weighs 4.19 lbs and measures .9" at the front, meeting thin-border ultrabook dimensions. The IPS panel delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution with touch input. Ports include HDMI, VGA, RJ45, three USB 3.1 Gen1 sockets (one PowerShare), USB Type-C with DisplayPort and optional Thunderbolt, SD slot, audio jack and optional SIM tray. Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth provide wireless links.

Storage Upgrade Path from Spinning Drives

The 1 TB SSD replaces mechanical hard drives for faster boot and load times in the same form factor. 8 GB DDR4 RAM handles typical office workloads; the platform supports up to 32 GB for heavier multitasking. Buyers who need discrete graphics or a smaller 14.0" screen should consider other Latitude models. The jump is worth it when moving from HDD-based laptops to solid-state responsiveness.
