Steps up from dual-core or 8 GB machines

Moving from a dual-core system or one limited to 8 GB of memory gives a clear lift in multitasking headroom and storage capacity. The quad-core design with eight threads and the 1 TB drive make the jump worthwhile for users running multiple business applications or large spreadsheets simultaneously.

Check your peripheral and docking needs

Verify that the available ports — HDMI, VGA, USB 3.1 Gen1, USB Type-C with DisplayPort alt mode and optional Thunderbolt — match your monitors and accessories. Confirm the 14.0 inch screen size suits your mobility requirements and that Windows 10 Pro meets your software compatibility before ordering.
