Purpose-built mobile workstation

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 15.6-inch laptop designed for professionals who need reliable performance in a portable chassis. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an 8th-generation quad-core Intel Core i5-8350U processor with 8 GB of DDR4 memory. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles everyday visual tasks without a discrete GPU.

Quad-core processor with turbo headroom

The i5-8350U operates at a base frequency of 1.70 GHz and can reach 3.60 GHz across its four cores and eight threads. Six megabytes of L2 cache keep frequently used data close to the cores. This specification determines whether the system meets the compute requirements for typical office workloads and light content creation.

Connectivity suite reduces peripheral clutter

Three USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports include one with PowerShare for charging devices while the laptop sleeps. A USB Type-C connector carries DisplayPort video, and an optional Thunderbolt implementation may be available. HDMI, VGA, RJ45, an SD slot and a Noble Wedge lock slot complete the physical interface set.
