Questions about this item

Can the 16 GB DDR4 memory be upgraded later?

The system supports up to 32 GB DDR4, so the installed 16 GB can be increased by adding compatible modules.

What thermal limit appears first during extended heavy workloads?

The dual-fan cooling is designed to maintain airflow under load, but sustained Turbo Boost up to 4.80 GHz will eventually hit thermal throttling.

How loud and hot does the chassis get when running all day?

Dual fans keep the Precision 5530 cool under sustained use; expect audible fan noise and warm surface temperatures during continuous high-performance tasks.
