Sinister Grace DLC for Dead by Daylight

This downloadable chapter adds The Krasue, a Killer who shifts between two distinct forms, and survivor Vee Boonyasak to Dead by Daylight on PC. The Steam code activates on accounts in supported regions and requires the base game to play. Rated M for Mature by the ESRB, it delivers new action-horror content rooted in Thai folklore.

For players who own the base game on Steam

Buyers who already play Dead by Daylight on Steam and want fresh Killer mechanics and a new survivor will use this DLC. Players without the base game, anyone on a platform other than PC, or accounts registered in blocked countries such as RU, CN, or IR cannot activate the code. The product is a digital download with no physical media included.

Requires Dead by Daylight on Steam

The single specification that decides compatibility is ownership of Dead by Daylight on Steam. A 64-bit Windows system and a Steam account are mandatory for activation and installation. Without the base game present in the same Steam library, the Sinister Grace chapter will not launch.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Sinister Grace DLC on Steam, and what step is often missed?

Activate the Steam Online Game Code in the Steam client, then ensure the base game Dead by Daylight is already installed; the DLC will not appear playable without the base game present.

Will this DLC require any future purchases or updates to keep working?

No separate maintenance is needed; the DLC receives updates through Steam alongside the base game, and no additional purchases are required once activated.

What is the first limitation I will hit when playing this DLC for long sessions?

The ESRB Mature rating restricts purchase and play to adults, and the Steam account requirement means you must remain online for activation and ongoing access.
