Content & Audience

The Green Man 86418 Dead by Daylight Macabre Tales Pack is a downloadable DLC for PC that unlocks seven playable characters drawn from four experimental chapters. It is built for existing Dead by Daylight owners on Steam who want to expand their roster with three original Killers and four original Survivors plus exclusive outfits.

Upgrade Path

This pack replaces the need to purchase the Descend Beyond, A Binding of Kin, All-Kill and Hour of The Witch chapters individually. The jump is worth it when a player wants the Blight, The Twins, The Trickster and Mikaela Reid together with Felix Richter, Élodie Rakoto and Yun-Jin Lee in a single activation.

Build Fit

Activation requires a Steam account and the base game Dead by Daylight already installed on Windows. The code delivers the full chapter bundle instantly, freeing the player from managing four separate downloads while adding seven new outfits and four DLC-exclusive items to the collection.

Questions about this item

Does the Macabre Tales Pack install directly into my existing Dead by Daylight folder on Steam?

Yes. After redeeming the Steam code the DLC downloads into the same library entry as the base game; the step people miss is launching Dead by Daylight once after the download finishes so the new characters register in the roster.

What do I need before I can activate the 86418 Steam code?

A Steam account and the base game Dead by Daylight already owned on that account; the code will not activate if the base game is missing or if the account region is on the blocked-countries list.

Will any of the seven included characters or their exclusive outfits be removed or require a separate purchase later?

No. The three Killers, four Survivors, seven outfits and four DLC-exclusive items are permanently attached to your Steam licence once the pack is redeemed.
