Rugged 14 laptop for field work

The DELL Latitude 5424 is a 14.0-inch rugged notebook built to withstand harsh environments. It runs Windows 10 Pro on an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor with 32GB DDR4 memory. The FHD touchscreen delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution and supports 10-point touch input even with gloves. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles visual output.

Suits mobile professionals needing durability

This laptop suits workers in construction, utilities, public safety or field service who need a device tested to military-grade standards for shock, vibration and extreme temperatures. The sunlight-viewable display and optional LTE or GPS connectivity support outdoor productivity. Buyers who want a thin ultrabook for office-only use or who need discrete graphics performance for rendering or gaming should look at something else.

Quad-core i7-8650U with 32GB DDR4

The Intel Core i7-8650U processor reaches speeds up to 4.20 GHz with 8MB L2 cache. The 32GB DDR4 memory is paired with dual M.2 solid-state drives: a 256GB unit and a 1TB unit. This combination determines whether the system meets your processing and multitasking requirements for rugged deployments.
