Latitude 5590 14.0" FHD Touch Ultrabook

The Dell Latitude 5590 is a 14.0-inch Full HD touchscreen laptop built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8650U quad-core processor. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB SSD running Windows 11 Pro. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles the display output for everyday productivity.

Verify power port and peripheral mix before ordering

This unit uses a dedicated barrel power connector rather than USB-C charging. Video output relies on full-size HDMI and a DisplayPort-alt-mode USB-C port; check that your monitors match these. Three USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports are present, one supporting PowerShare for charging devices while the laptop sleeps. An RJ-45 jack, VGA port, SD card reader and audio combo jack round out the legacy connectivity.

Chassis dimensions and port layout affect daily

The black chassis measures 14.8 inches wide, 9.87 inches deep and 0.9 inch tall at the front, weighing 4.19 lbs. A Noble wedge lock slot sits on the side for physical security. The USB-C port offers optional Thunderbolt support depending on the specific board configuration. An external SIM tray is available on WWAN-equipped models for mobile broadband.
