ThinkPad T490 14.0" FHD i5-8250U 32GB 1TB SSD

This Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14.0 inch FHD ultrabook powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U quad-core processor. It comes with 32 GB DDR4 memory and a 1 TB SSD running Windows 11 Pro. The non-touch IPS display runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. It suits professionals who need a lightweight, durable laptop for office productivity and mobility.

Ready to use with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled

The unit arrives with Windows 11 Pro already installed and an OEM 45W or 65W AC adapter included. No operating system setup is required. The only common issue is cosmetic: Grade A condition means light scratches or minor blemishes may be present, though all components are tested for full function. Stock photos are used so the exact chassis received may be a T480 or T490 depending on availability.

Check port needs and chassis preference before

Connectivity includes 3 x USB 3.1 ports, 1 x USB-C port, HDMI, RJ-45 Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1. An SD or MicroSD card reader and fingerprint reader are optional and not guaranteed on every unit. There is no optical drive. Weight and dimensions differ between the T480 (3.6 lbs, 13.25 x 9.15 x 0.78 in) and T490 (3.2 lbs, 12.7 x 8.5 x 0.7 in) so verify which chassis your bag or dock accommodates.

The listing mentions a 45 W or 65 W AC adapter — which wattage ships with this unit?

An OEM AC adapter rated at either 45 W or 65 W is included; the exact wattage depends on the specific unit dispatched.

Should I choose the 32 GB DDR4 configuration or a lower capacity for this ThinkPad T490?
